On January 28, 2023, a lady, 43, was detained in Navakholio, Kakamega County, Kenya after she allegedly beat her husband and set their home on fire.
According to Navakholo OCPD Richard Omanga, Florence Karakacha was detained for allegedly hitting her husband, Bramwel Lubanga, severely for allegedly taking a second wife.
According to reports, during the argument, Lubanga’s wife bit off a portion of his lip. Before going to the closest police station, the woman is said to have set the residence on fire. The woman said that her husband had attacked her first at the police station.
The individual was swiftly taken into custody by station officers, who then lodged him at the station. The woman, however, had attacked the guy after he had wed a second wife after learning that she was thought to be having an affair with his brother, the officers learned after questioning neighbors and family members.
The woman was detained by the police after being apprehended and charged with a crime.
