Posted by In an attack on the Maiyanga community in the Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State, three people were killed by people with guns.
Two other people were also hurt by gunshots in the attack, which happened on Sunday night.
A source told XANDERTECH that the people who were shot are getting care at a hospital that hasn’t been named.
What the source said was,
“The shooting happened last night (Sunday) when gunmen broke into the Maiyanga community and started shooting randomly, killing three people and hurting two others.”
He said that the attack on the community had been reported to the police, but when they got there, the attackers had already left.
He asked the government to send security people to the area so that it wouldn’t happen again.
The Plateau State Police Command’s spokesman, Alabo Alfred, did not answer calls about the incident.
