Simi, a Nigerian artist, has highlighted why male colleagues on stage have more rights than female colleagues.
Simi, who previously stirred up the internet by criticizing Yoruba guys for their dishonest behaviour, has taken to Twitter to discuss how her male coworkers are more privileged.
She claims that male performers can go onstage without heels or makeup, and when they start to perspire, they can take their shirts off instinctively.
Simi described this as “privileged.”
She penned:
Men be on stage singing without heels and make up. They start sweating small like this, they off shirt without even thinking about it. If that's not privilege, I don't know what is 😅
