I’ve gotten death threats, says Graham Potter, the manager of Chelsea

Graham Potter, manager of Chelsea, has admitted that he has been threatened with death.

Potter, on the other hand, insists that it has not shaken him as he tries to improve the club’s results.

Following the most recent Premier League defeat of 1-0 at home to Southampton, the former Brighton manager is under increasing pressure.

In their last 14 games, Chelsea, which is 10th in the league, has only won twice and not scored a goal at home in 2023.

On Friday, the 47-year-old told the media that he had been the target of email attacks.

“Even though I’ve received support, I’ve also received some unpleasant emails from people who want me to die and my children to die, so that’s obvious.

“Ask my family about my life and how it has been for them. It has not been at all pleasant. Potter stated, “I assure you, my life for the last three, four months has been fairly average, except for the fact that I’m really grateful for this experience.” “I understand supporters go home and they are annoyed because the team is not winning.”

On Sunday, Chelsea plays Tottenham Hotspur on the road.
