DSP Bright Edafe, the spokesman for the Delta State Police Command, has responded to the controversy that followed a video of singer Iyanya pushing a fan off the stage while singing his hit song “One Side” in Awka, Anambra state. The video went viral and caused a lot of upset.
Iyanya told what happened after people had different thoughts about the video. The singer said that the fan who kept slapping him in the face with money made him angry.
He sent out a tweet;
In response to the video going viral, a police spokesperson said Iyanya could be arrested if the victim filed a formal complaint.
