Several Chelsea athletes are already scheduled to transfer to the Saudi Pro League.

Neville is certain that a regulator is required to straighten out the “mess” that English football has become, amid concerns over the “fair market” and helping clubs in accordance with Financial Fair Play regulations.

“Any chance the Premier League can look into this Saudi trading like NOW!!!,” he tweeted.
