Posted by The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State agreed with the state caretaker committee ex-chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Akindele Adekunle, about what he said about the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, who is the acting chairman of the APC in Osun State, said in a statement on Monday that it was too bad that Adekunle could call Asiwaju Tinubu names that can’t be printed just to play politics.
He was upset that a party leader with blood in his veins could use politics to justify the continuing currency redesign and fuel shortage crises just because he wanted Tinubu to be killed for no reason.
He gave the impression that the most annoying thing was that Adekunle, in his statement titled “Osun PDP Warns Residents Against Fighting Proxy War in APC’s Election Fever-Induced Battle,” was giving himself credit for qualities he doesn’t have.
Lawal asked Adekunle who made him the spokesman for the people of Osun after Governor Ademola Adeleke was fired in the state’s election for governor on July 16, 2022.
In political terms, he said that Tinubu is a “one-man battalion” who doesn’t need anyone to fight for him by proxy or in any other way.
He said it was sad that someone with the title of party chairman in a complicated state like Osun could support and explain away the fuel and currency crises that were caused by cabals working with the PDP’s serial presidential candidate.
“The former chairman of the Osun PDP caretaker committee, Mr. Adeleke Adekunle, should know that God Almighty will make sure Tinubu’s bid for the presidency wins on February 25, 2023, even if Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his gangsters use fuel and currency crises as weapons, no matter where they are.
“Only a person with schizophrenia or a thief would choose a Vice President who sold everything that could be sold under the guise of privatization over Asiwaju Tinubu, who is known as the father of modern Lagos and has been building political bridges across the rivers Niger and Benue.
“It is important to remember that the privatization exercise, which was legally directly under the Office of Atiku as Vice-President, was the cause of the seemingly unstoppable unemployment that has been rocking the country since all the government companies were sold to the cronies, families, and friends of the Waziri Adamawa.
“My advice for the inexperienced and talkative Osun State PDP caretaker committee chairman is that he should learn how to stop talking a lot, and that should keep him from playing his political game with people who are on the same level as him,”
Lawal gave in.
