The current Direct Entry registrations for 2023 have been suspended by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.

The board said in a statement that was written by Fabian Benjamin, it’s Head of Public Affairs and Protocol, that the registration, which started on Monday, February 20, was going to be suspended on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
A statement released by JAMB on Tuesday said that the suspension was made to make it possible to use some measures that are meant to better serve potential candidates.

“A new date and fresh registration procedure, which will include uploading JAMB Admission Letter in the case of OND and NCE, admission letter issued by universities in the case of a university diploma, and admission letter issued by A’ Level examination bodies (IJMBE, JUPEB, etc.),” the statement read. would be made public in due time so that candidates could register at JAMB offices all over the country.”
Punch reported that JAMB had scheduled the DE registration to begin on Monday, February 20, 2023, and conclude on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
