On Wednesday in Abuja, Atiku informed the Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, that despite having paid the commission N6.69 million for certified true copies of papers he intended to offer as evidence, the commission had not made the documents available.
The petitioner expressed his dismay at the commission’s claim that some of the documents they paid for were outside of Abuja through his attorney, Mr. Chris Uche, SAN.

We believed that all of these documents would be made available to us and that we wouldn’t need to travel to the United States to obtain them.
The only documents the commission had made available for the day, Uche then went on to tender certified true copies of documents for 10 of Kogi’s 21 local government areas.
