He said that Tinubu would be the next president when paying a courtesy visit to the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwan Adamu, in his palace yesterday.

When the APC campaign train arrived in Bauchi, the state capital of Bauchi, a big crowd of party members and supporters greeted it.

The House of Representatives Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, said that the North should back Tinubu because doing so would show their devotion to the president and the ruling party.

He said that Tinubu had supported President Buhari in the two elections before, and that it was time for the president’s supporters to do the same for the election in February.

The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) days in the State House, according to APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary Yakubu Ajaka, were numbered, and he advised Governor Bala Mohammed to prepare his handover notes.

Senate President Ahmad Lawan urged the populace to reject the PDP, claiming that the party had turned its back on the Northeast in favor of the Boko Haram insurgency.

APC National Chairman Senator Abdullahi Adamu, Buhari, Tinubu, and other party officials paid a courtesy call on the Emir of Bauchi before the gathering at the Tafawa Balewa Stadium began.

Bala Mohammed, the governor of Bauchi State, led the president to the historic palace and congratulated him for the Kolomani oil wells on the border between Bauchi and Gombe states.

President Buhari offered his stewardship, stating: “In 2003 and 2012, I visited every one of our nation’s 774 local government districts, and in 2019, when I was running for re-election, I went to every state.
