Buba Galadima is one of the prominent individuals Atiku sent to ask Kwankwaso for an alliance

According to Buba Galadima, a chieftain of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar continues to send prominent individuals to Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, the NNPP presidential candidate, to quit the race and support him.

In an interview with Trust TV’s Daily Politics, Galadima said this, adding that the NNPP will win even in Atiku’s polling unit.

He stated, “We will defeat Atiku in the Adamawa State local government of Jada.” This race does not include Atiku. Although he appears to be, he is not a candidate. What would he use to win?

“Atiku is using religious leaders to get Kwankwaso to step down for him. He also uses former heads of state and well-known people to get Kwankwaso to step down for him. He also uses traditional rulers and spends billions of naira convincing them to go talk to Kwankwaso and get him to step down for him.

“He tried to manipulate northern groups by claiming that they interviewed the candidates for president and found Atiku to be the best. We are aware that they were unable to realize their vision.

We are closer to the north than they are. I’m from Gashua, and Kwankwaso is from Kano. I am older and northerner than them because my village is about 50 kilometers to the extreme north.

“Recently, he (Atiku) sent three prominent Islamic scholars to Kwankwaso’s house to kneel before him and plead with him to step down; we sent them away from there. Exactly, who are they? We are respectful of that costume, but if they remove it, we will require small boys to handle them.
