Investigate the Ganduje administration, candidates’ forum of the PRP recommends Governor Yusuf

The Candidates Forum of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) has given the advice to the Governor of Kano State, Kabiru Yusuf, also known as Abba Gida-Gida, that he should immediately begin an investigation into the administration of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje’s immediate predecessor.

At the conclusion of their meeting in Kano, the 15 candidates came together to sign a communiqué in which they indicated that an investigation should be conducted into the administration of Ganduje to determine how the state’s resources were used, as well as to determine whether there was a violation of public trust or any instance of abuse of authority.

According to their point of view, the newly elected government should make sure that any good work done by previous administrations is recognized and expanded upon in order to ensure continuity in the interest of the socio-economic growth of the state.

In addition, the statement urged the state administration to prioritize the general welfare of the state over the feelings of individuals, families, or communities in order to further the progress of the state as a whole.

According to the communiqué, “The 2023 Kano PRP Candidates Forum is using this memorable occasion to congratulate the Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, on his swearing in as the new Governor of Kano State and all other candidates who won election in various political parties.” Additionally, the communiqué extended its congratulations to “all other candidates who won election in various political parties.”

At the meeting, participants asked the administration of the state to devise plans and programs that would improve the state’s agricultural, commercial, and industrial sectors in order to increase the number of available jobs and eliminate poverty among the state’s population.
