Order DSS to let Nnamdi Kanu visit his doctor for an ear operation, says attorney Ejimakor

President Bola Tinubu was requested on Wednesday by Aloy Ejimakor, Nnamdi Kanu’s special counsel and the head of IPOB, to direct the Department of State Services (DSS) to grant the Biafra agitator access to independent medical care.

Ejimakor opined that Kanu’s ear issue required immediate surgery.

President Tinubu: “Dear President Tinubu: I fervently begged you to free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu a few days ago. Not at all. I sincerely ask you now to instruct the DSS to provide #MNK the right to choose his own independent medical care, especially for the ear surgery he urgently requires.

Ejimakor had earlier claimed that the DSS was keeping Kanu from receiving the necessary medical care.

He claimed that DSS prevented the IPOB leader from receiving appropriate medical care from a doctor of his choosing.

“The DSS made sure it didn’t happen after going through so much trouble to advance the cause of arranging proper medical care for Onyendu #MNK,” Ejimakor wrote.

“This is unacceptable. Onyendu must get the necessary medical attention from doctors of his choosing.

Ejimakor had issued a warning about Kanu’s need for appropriate medical attention after developing an ear infection.
