Christian Pyagbara, a former Flying Eagles player, is now on trial with Nigeria Professional Football League team, Shooting Stars.
Pyagbara took part in Wednesday’s preseason match between the Oluyole Warriors and Tradesafe FC.
The fight happened at the Ebiedei Stadium in Shagamu.
Since departing Latvian team JFK Ventspils in 2020, the former Enyimba attacker has been without a club.
2019 saw Pyagbara’s final NPFL appearance with Heartland.
The 27-year-old attacker began his career with the now-Rivers United-affiliated former Sharks.
