Davido: “Wizkid and D’banj used to visit my studio

According to Nigerian producer-singer David Adeleke, alias Davido, his rich father Chief Adedeji Adeleke used to build him the “best studio” in the nation.

He claimed that D’banj, Wizkid, and other artists used to visit his studio.

This was disclosed by Davido in a recent interview with Omega.

“He [my dad] built me the best studio in Nigeria,” he declared. Wizkid and D’banj, among others, used to frequent that location.

“I have the nicest studio, but because n*gga is in school, the studio is only open every two weeks. So, everyone would be coming over when I came every two weeks.

Funny enough, I wasn’t even recording my songs at that time. As I mentioned, I was studying sound engineering. I invited people to the studio so that I could start recording. I frequently offer advice on how to sing hooks. And my boys began to realize, “Bro, you’re better than all of these people,” etc.

“No, I’m still in school, I said. They insisted that I give it a shot. And I replied, “Okay.” blows up, the first song I ever recorded.
