July’s NNL Super Eight playoff draw

At the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, the Nigeria National League Super Eight playoff draw ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

The draws are expected to start at the venue at 8 o’clock.

Teams competing in the NNL Super Eight playoffs are anticipated to reach Asaba on or before Saturday, July 1.

The round-robin draw format will be used for the two conferences, the NNL announced.

The Northern Conference teams will play each other, and the Southern Conference teams will play each other.

The top two clubs from each conference will choose two tickets for the Nigeria Premier League, and the two best teams from each conference will compete to win the championship.

The NNL playoff championship game is scheduled for July 7, 2023.

NNL Northern Conference teams EFCC, Katsina United, Kano Pillars, and DMD of Borno are represented.

The Southern Conference playoff spots are being contested by FC ONE Rocket Akwa Ibom, Sporting Lagos, Abeokuta Stormers SC, and Heartland FC of Owerri.
