Junior Okoko, a midfielder for Katsina United, is optimistic about the 2018 Nigeria Professional Football League campaign.
At an award ceremony held at the club secretariat in Katsina, Okoko made this disclosure.
The midfielder was given a prize for outstanding performance last year.
In Asaba, Delta State, during the Nigeria National League playoff, Katsina United won promotion to the NPFL.
He told the Daily Post, “We are confident of having a successful NPFL campaign in 2023–24.”
“The management’s support and player recruitment have both been excellent.”
Tony Bolus, the team’s brand-new technical adviser at Katsina United, is anticipated to start training with them again today.
