Obi Says That Creating a Better Nigeria Is An Ongoing Process

Peter Obi, a Labour Party presidential contender in the 2023 election, has stated that his commitment to a better Nigeria will continue throughout his life.

This was announced by Obi during a gathering of his followers, widely known as Obidients, in Abuja to reflect on the 2023 presidential election, which took place a year later.

Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was declared the winner of the presidential election held on February 25, 2023, by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). It has now been one year since then.

At the Merit House in Abuja, several notable figures, including FCT Senator Ireti Kingibe, Professor Pat Utomi, Aisah Yesufu, Kenneth Okonkwo, Halida Dokubo, General John Enenche, and many more, were present for the event, which was organized by the late Dr. Moses Paul, a prominent activist and founder of the Free Nigeria Movement.

Peter Obi, speaking to the eventgoers, stated that the fight for a better Nigeria is only getting started and that young Nigerians are eager to reclaim their nation from the grip of those who see national leadership as a criminal enterprise.

Furthermore, he insisted that all patriotic Nigerians should view the establishment of a better and new Nigeria as their inherent right.
