Peter Obi’s Support Is Declared By Apostle Suleman

Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder, and president of Omega Fire Ministries, made the announcement on Sunday that he and his family will vote for the Labour Party (LP) candidate in the presidential election on Saturday.

After revealing that all of his pastors and family members are Obidients—a term for supporters of Peter Obi—the revered clergyman was applauded by his congregation.

Apostle Suleman argues that Nigerians are only victims of two conflicts when he discusses the difficulty Nigerians have had obtaining new naira notes. He used a parable that he claimed he heard from a “madman” to explain his position.

“All of them (political parties) came together to get rid of one man. They tore down their structure and gave it to one man. They sponsored him with money they kept at home; they didn’t take the money from the bank; they kept it at home. On his first day in office, he said, “I am for everyone and I am not for anyone.” That ought to have warned them that this person is dishonest and untrustworthy. Instead, they all banded together once more to support him, not realizing that this person never intended for them.

“The person returned, and the first thing he said he wanted was that they don’t want vote buying. For people to agree to sell their votes, you made them poor… You know who you’re targeting, so why involve all of us in your battle? Now, some governors are complaining that the policy hurts Nigerians too much. They say we should follow the law. Did they follow the law when the Supreme Court said Nnamdi Kanu should be freed?

“He will retire you if you plan your political life around someone who is ungrateful. God has blessed Omega Fire Ministries, but no matter how well the forest is doing, a lion can’t eat grass. Use your anger to vote against this wickedness. My spouse, I, and our children are all Obidients; we don’t make a lot of noise on social media; we work quietly; and we are fully supportive… if you like vote insecurity, tribalism, bigotry, or ethnicity.
