The Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh was cheating on her with her ex-boyfriend Iyanya, a singer from Nigeria, according to Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson.
In her autobiography, “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,” which was published on Sunday, June 18, 2023, she made the admission.
The actress discussed her adventures with Iyanya and how she eventually learned that he was cheating on her in a chapter titled “Iyanya and My Love Life”.
Nelson claimed that by tattooing her initials “YN” on his waist and including her in the song “Ur Waist,” the singer was expressing his desire to remain with her forever.
When someone contacted her from Iyanya’s home after she had gone to Ghana and told her the unexpected news, she said she was astonished.
“The caller claimed that whenever I left Iyanya’s home, another actress would visit him and occasionally spend the night. She added that she didn’t see any use in continuing to struggle for a man she had already lost but acknowledged that she would eventually have ended the relationship even if Tonto Dikeh hadn’t entered the picture.
